It looks like the tsvgx tests were affected after hiding the chrome. Mike, is this something we can accept, as this is just a test update?

Mike, > is this something we can accept, as this is just a test update? I looked at this today. It looks like removing the browser UI makes the content area larger, so we're painting more stuff. That's why we appeared to regress here. Nothing in the browser code changed, so this isn't a regression. We should just re-baseline the test here, so I'm going to WONTFIX this. Thanks!
